Shelf life extension

Search for orders
- We try to find the parcel before the customer's request. Our system automatically detects problem orders when their status does not change for a long time
- If we have received a search request, we use all channels of communication with delivery services to find the order as soon as possible
- If the parcel was not found within 10 days, we will compensate the cost of the order within 15 days. 100% of orders are insured
