Editing orders "On the way"

  • Requests to edit the full name, recipient's phone number, cash on delivery, estimated cost and other fields are sent through a single form
  • Delivery services instantly receive requests, without days off and holidays
  • Request statuses are displayed in your account

Orders tracking

  • A single order status form, regardless of the delivery service
  • You can send a tracking link to buyers on your behalf – the track number and link are sent to the CMS
  • The link shows the history and current status of the order, the date of delivery, the track number in the delivery service, the route to the pickup point, its work schedule, photos and the shelf life of the parcel

Shelf life extension

  • The shelf life is displayed for all orders that arrived at the pickup point
  • Renewal in a couple of clicks in SafeRoute Personal Account
